What you will do
- Oversee CRM campaigns across SMS, push notifications, and web channels to drive engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve player retention and reduce churn rates.
- Create targeted player segments using customer data for personalized marketing initiatives.
- Analyze CRM performance metrics, user journeys, and website conversion cycles to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with responsible gaming regulations and standards.
- Perform copy editing and translation tasks between English and French.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM or marketing.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple brand priorities.
- Must be available for hybrid work in Mauritius.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French.
- Prior experience with the Optimove platform.
