• Support and coach interns throughout the summer program.
• Partner with leadership for team matching and allocation.
• Handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinate and manage early-career events.

Requirements

• Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early-career technical candidates.
• Experience with program or event management.
• Ability to maintain efficient and effective recruiting processes.
• Must be available for in-person events in the Berlin office.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and supporting diverse candidate pools.
