hirify.global is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, working on the cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game Total Battle.

What you will do

• Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
• Ensure full compliance with Cypriot labor laws and internal HR regulations.
• Maintain internal HR databases and systems such as HiBob.
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and absence tracking.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal, and finance departments on HR data.
• Assist in internal communication and HR policy rollouts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in Cyprus or with international teams.
• Solid understanding of Cypriot employment law and best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
