What you will do

• Serve as the visual continuity authority across all episodes to ensure a unified series look.
• Collaborate with the Production Designer and Unit Director to execute the creative vision.
• Anticipate and resolve technical issues in partnership with the CG Supervisor.
• Translate client creative intent into actionable development initiatives.
• Mentor and lead the production team to elevate the final output quality.
• Provide creative and technical context to the Line Producer for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a VFX or CG Supervisor in high-end feature or episodic productions
• Demonstrated expertise across the full production spectrum from look development to final delivery
• Strong working knowledge of color science, lighting, compositing, and image pipeline design
• Legally eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada
• Proven ability to lead multi-department creative conversations
• Experience working in prestige drama or high-end streaming environments
