What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of global enterprise accounts and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) focused on ROI and operational improvements.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for cost savings.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams.
• Influence product direction based on enterprise client requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven track record of managing renewals and driving account expansion.
• Experience working with logistics, supply chain, B2B SaaS, or payments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence Director and C-suite leaders.
• High level of autonomy and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
