What you will do

• Plan and execute infrastructure deployments and large-scale migrations to Azure VMware Solution.
• Collaborate with architects, service delivery teams, and key stakeholders to define migration strategies.
• Apply industry best practices for Azure AVS and VMware technology stacks.
• Develop detailed technical documentation and conduct internal training for team members.
• Maintain high security and governance standards throughout the migration lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
• At least 4+ years of experience with VMware vSphere and Azure cloud deployments.
• Deep expertise in VMware NSX-T, vSAN, and HCX implementations.
• Strong understanding of Azure networking fundamentals including ExpressRoute and Virtual WAN.
• Solid grasp of enterprise data center networking topologies and infrastructure hardware.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as VCTA, VCP-DCV, CCNP, or VCP-NV.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Arc, and third-party virtual appliances.
• Background in VMware management suite like vCD, vROps, and vRLI.
• Previous experience working in public cloud environments for enterprise customers.
