What you will do
- Develop go-to-market narratives and messaging for AI development tools targeting technical builders.
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across content, paid media, and partnerships.
- Run lightweight experiments to test messaging hypotheses and channel performance.
- Partner with Product Managers to conduct product-market fit sprints, including surveys and cohort analysis.
- Own the user funnel from initial awareness to activation and paid usage.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on ideal customer profiles and improve lead handoff processes.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in growth, developer, or product marketing.
- Proven background in 0-to-1 go-to-market motions rather than scaling established playbooks.
- Strong technical curiosity with an understanding of AI agent workflows.
- Excellent written communication skills for producing high-quality marketing collateral.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with a fast-paced shipping bias.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Prior experience in developer community building.
