What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM executives.
- Manage end-to-end multi-channel CRM processes and campaign lifecycles.
- Drive conversion of registered users and implement automated lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn.
- Plan and execute promotional calendars aligned with budget and stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze customer data and KPIs to provide actionable insights and performance reports.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and QA teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in CRM management within the online sportsbook or casino industry.
- Expertise in executing CRM lifecycles and engagement activities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- English: Professional proficiency required.
- Ability to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with software.
- Experience delivering CRM programs for North American markets.
