What you will do

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment from initial vacancy requirements to onboarding.
  • Execute proactive sourcing and headhunting for top-tier marketing and development talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including technical, competency, and motivation interviews.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance recruitment processes and hiring analytics.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide timely feedback to applicants.
  • Report on recruitment progress and maintain data accuracy within HRIS.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
  • Deep understanding of the IT market and modern sourcing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to conduct multi-stage interviews and evaluate technical/soft skills.
  • Experience leveraging analytics to improve recruitment performance.
  • Proficiency in managing workflows within HRIS tools.

Nice to have

  • Passion for CS2 or gaming culture.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Understanding of YouTube algorithms.
