AlumniHub is building an AI-native, Sharia-compliant fintech bank for the GCC region.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the platform.
• Launch the core product within a 6-month timeframe leveraging existing technology and vendors.
• Design customer journeys across onboarding, payments, cards, savings, and financial guidance.
• Drive key business metrics including LTV, CAC, and retention.
• Lead product delivery in a lean environment using AI-enabled development methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and Sharia governance teams while building out the internal product team.

Requirements

• Proven senior product leadership within global fintech, neobanking, or digital payment sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in zero-to-one product launches and scaling operations.
• Strong product judgment and hands-on execution capabilities.
• Deep understanding of AI-enabled product development cycles.
• Background in mature international product ecosystems (e.g., Europe, UK, US).
• Experience in the GCC region (UAE or KSA) is considered a strong plus.
