What you will do
- Create and execute customer-centric multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
- Manage setup for manual and automated mailings and push notifications
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights for continuous improvement
- Conduct A/B testing and benchmarking to optimize customer touchpoints
- Align with internal stakeholders including loyalty, product, and category management teams
- Execute ad booking campaigns based on vendor and stakeholder input
Requirements
- 1-3 years of CRM and Marketing Automation experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, or tech
- Analytical mindset with experience in customer data and CRM processes
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-impact projects

- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in additional languages
