What you will do

• Prepare detailed data reports and analysis for regular business reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert on program logic and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland
• 2–5+ years of experience in operations, incentives, or partner marketing programs.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional workflows with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work both independently and within global distributed teams.
