What you will do

• Analyze performance of acquisition campaigns including CPA, FTD, LTV, and NGR metrics.
• Evaluate promotion and bonus effectiveness, monitoring for potential abuse and revenue impact.
• Support CRM and retention initiatives through player segmentation, cohort analysis, and churn insights.
• Design and interpret A/B tests and various marketing experiments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate closely with both the BI/Data team and the Acquisition and CRM Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools, specifically Looker and BigQuery.
• Proven experience analyzing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus in a hybrid capacity.
