What you will do
- Analyze performance of acquisition campaigns including CPA, FTD, LTV, and NGR metrics.
- Evaluate promotion and bonus effectiveness, monitoring for potential abuse and revenue impact.
- Support CRM and retention initiatives through player segmentation, cohort analysis, and churn insights.
- Design and interpret A/B tests and various marketing experiments.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate closely with both the BI/Data team and the Acquisition and CRM Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools, specifically Looker and BigQuery.
- Proven experience analyzing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus in a hybrid capacity.
