What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for product initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, product, engineering, and QA to ensure requirement clarity.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable system improvements.
• Support solution design by defining data flows, business rules, and integrations across platforms.
• Validate functionality against requirements and support UAT processes prior to release.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a product-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in documenting requirements, process maps, and user stories.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and business data flows.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaborative documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
