What you will do

• Lead development of major team-scoped projects for HR and payroll products.
• Design and operationalize end-to-end agentic workflows for automated engineering tasks.
• Build reusable primitives to allow cross-team application of automation.
• Implement interfaces focusing on performance, accessibility, and robust API design.
• Provide technical feedback through code reviews and mentor other engineers.
• Participate in non-team activities like hiring, RFC discussions, and support rotations.

Requirements

• English proficiency: C1 required (submission of CV and application in English).
• Proven track record of shipping secure, scalable, and reliable production systems.
• Experience designing or adopting agentic or automation workflows.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, specification, and quality verification loops.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins).

Nice to have

• Kubernetes and Docker.
• AWS cloud experience.
• Frontend proficiency with Nextjs, React, Vue, or Angular.
