What you will do

• Design, code, and implement proprietary systems and tools to facilitate financial research.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, portfolio managers, data scientists, and mathematicians.
• Gather requirements and translate complex financial concepts into technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy robust, high-performance code in a production environment.
• Manage end-to-end deliverables to ensure real business impact on investment strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-impact software engineering role.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
• Proficiency in Python and experience working within a Linux environment.
• Experience with threading and multiprocessing techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-experts.
