What you will do

• Understand complex business processes and translate them into data-driven insights.
• Own the entire end-to-end ETL process for data pipelines.
• Design key business metrics and maintain aggregated tables for efficient querying.
• Model clean, reliable data sets to empower end-users to answer their own questions.
• Develop documentation and maintain high standards of data governance.
• Collaborate with product and services teams to identify root causes and implement coded solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Solid background in a quantitative discipline
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Exceptional mathematical and statistics knowledge
• Must be based in Peru

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a core STEM subject
• Experience with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++
• Participation in school or university Olympiad competitions in physics, math, economics, or programming
