What you will do
- Develop and execute global influencer strategies that drive installs and brand impact.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including vendor and agency coordination.
- Repurpose creator content to ensure consistent performance across paid social channels and in-app experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPI, CTR, and ROAS to drive operational excellence.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends and emerging platforms to maintain authentic brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer efforts with broader growth objectives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of influencer marketing experience
- Proven understanding of the influencer ecosystem, specifically TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to interpret digital marketing metrics and utilize social listening for strategy development.
- Experience managing high-volume campaigns with operational precision.
- Strong background in driving performance across the full marketing funnel.
- Experience working with US and other English-speaking markets
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer apps or digital health products.
- Knowledge of ambassador or affiliate program management.
- Collaboration experience with growth marketing or product teams.
- Familiarity with tools like CreatorIQ, Looker, and Jira.
