What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end UGC video production output across all content streams including organic and paid.
  • Manage and mentor a team of producers, editors, and motion designers.
  • Develop and implement a scalable creative production system to ensure consistent quality and volume.
  • Partner with UA and strategy teams to align content production with performance needs.
  • Allocate cross-functional resources effectively based on real-time performance signals.
  • Establish clear, iterative workflows for briefing, production, and campaign refinement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in creative production, UGC, or performance content roles.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams including producers and editors.
  • Deep understanding of short-form video production standards for TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Fluent English is required for delivering content to US audiences.
  • Ability to balance production speed, quality, and scale across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong ownership mindset and experience working cross-functionally with UA and strategy.
