9RED are looking for a Russian-speaking Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Cyprus.

This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong corporate law expertise and experience working in an international regulatory environment.

Responsibilities :
• Legal support for corporate entities, including incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation (jurisdictions: Cyprus, etc.);
• Liaison with corporate secretarial service providers, notaries, and governmental authorities;
• Drafting and reviewing corporate documents and analytical materials related to company operations;
• Support of KYC and AML procedures;
• Structuring, maintaining, and regularly updating corporate documentation, including company registers;
• Managing the corporate calendar and monitoring key corporate events (statutory filings, beneficial ownership information, validity of corporate certificates, etc.).


Requirements :
• Law degree with strong knowledge of corporate law;
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; Greek is a strong advantage;
• Experience working with regulators and hands-on experience in KYC and AML procedures;
• Knowledge of the iGaming sector will be considered an advantage.
