What you’ll do:
Lead and develop the legal and compliance functions
Ensure company operations align with regulations and industry standards
Advise on contracts, partnerships, and corporate governance
Support strategic business decisions from a legal perspective

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in legal and compliance roles (preferably in fintech or financial services)
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management
Leadership skills and the ability to guide a team
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Fluent in English and Russian
