What you will do

• Act as the primary Head of AMLCO and Compliance for the CySEC-regulated investment firm.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and AML frameworks.
• Bridge operational activities between the CIF and the global FinCrime Risk Management team.
• Manage KYC reliance models and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations.
• Foster a business-enabling compliance culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be located in Cyprus
• Proven experience in AMLCO and compliance leadership roles within a regulated financial environment.
• Deep understanding of CySEC regulations and financial crime risks.
• Strong background in KYC/AML operational processes and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to bridge communication between operational teams and risk management functions.
