What you will do
- Generate and optimize reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Maintain data integrity and catalog existing analytical reports.
- Analyze subcontractor performance against SLA requirements.
- Create dashboards and scorecards for KPI tracking and decision-making.
- Collaborate with customers and account teams as a reporting subject matter expert.
- Identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce operational waste.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Technical skills including SQL and PowerBI.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and trend analysis capability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
