What you will do

• Advise business teams on data platform architecture, specifically regarding ClickHouse usage and data flow design.
• Review code and technical solutions to ensure scalability and adherence to best practices.
• Design and build platform data structures including tables, materialized views, and standard views in ClickHouse.
• Configure and maintain Debezium and MSK Kafka connectors.
• Lead initiatives to improve data platform standards and drive adoption across various business streams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in ClickHouse schema design, querying, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of relational databases like MySQL with the ability to reverse-engineer schemas.
• Proficiency with streaming technologies including Kafka and Debezium.
• Proven ability to guide teams in complex architectural decisions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
