Salary: EUR 3,425–5,400 per month (gross).

What you will do

• Define and implement enterprise-wide data governance strategies aligned with banking business goals.
• Design and maintain metadata management, data quality frameworks, and business glossaries.
• Enforce GDPR and PII compliance controls across the data lifecycle.
• Manage data lineage, cataloging standards, and impact analysis.
• Oversee end-to-end data acquisition, processing, and modelling for BI initiatives.
• Train business users and data stewards on governance best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Governance.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise data management strategies.
• Expertise in metadata management, data quality, and business glossary implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Azure BI architecture and Azure resources.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
