What you will do

• Develop and evolve the organic social media strategy aligned with brand and commercial KPIs.
• Define channel roles and manage content roadmaps across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure all content is compliant with industry regulations while maintaining creative impact.
• Lead community management and social listening to identify cultural trends and audience needs.
• Manage the social media budget and oversee agency partnerships.
• Influence senior stakeholders on the strategic value of social media for brand growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading social media strategy at scale within a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of platform behaviors and content production workflows.
• Strong background in team leadership and managing senior stakeholders.
