What you will do

• Define product roadmap and long-term vision.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for new features.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Develop user flows and wireframes.
• Collaborate closely with designers, analysts, and developers through to production.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product management within a SaaS, Fintech, or startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects with a self-driven, hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in communication-related systems such as TimeClock, Payroll, or Time-Off.
• Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
