Location: Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Singapore office 3-5 days a week from May-Aug.

What you will do

• Analyze hirify.global's Go-to-Market (GTM) data to identify performance trends, such as regional variations or campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings clearly and concisely to leadership.
• Partner with the team to develop and refine custom Gemini "Gems" (specialized AI agents) designed to automate data cleaning, routine reporting, and regional content analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business questions and translate them into analytical problems.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate insights into marketing performance and business operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Familiarity with LLMs - specifically Gemini - with a demonstrated ability to build custom "Gems" or structured prompts that automate data synthesis and content generation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new tools and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Prior internship experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
