What you will do

• Understand client business problems to evolve product roadmaps and deliver impactful, differentiating solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to outline business vision, objectives, and value hypotheses.
• Lead work breakdown and backlog refinement, including managing experimentation backlogs for R&D-heavy AI projects.
• Liaise between clients and multidisciplinary teams to manage product backlogs and advocate for shared outcomes.
• Apply an agile mindset to iteratively define release plans and drive the identification of slices of value.
• Integrate Data Lifecycle Management and AI ethics into standard agile toolkits.

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) holder
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for data, reporting, and AI solutions.
• Experience shaping business cases and defining KPIs for data and AI initiatives.
• Ability to architect AI use cases, including user journeys, prompt engineering, and responsible AI considerations.
• Technical proficiency in mapping source-to-target requirements and documenting data lineage.
• Proven ability to coach teams, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and resolve conflicts.
