What you will do

• Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Support project governance by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and RAID logs.
• Assist in analyzing current and future-state business and operational processes.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing status reports.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and solution alignment between business and technical teams.
• Support SIT/UAT testing activities, including defect logging and tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or PMO-related roles.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document technical requirements accurately.
