What you will do

• Code, review code, fix bugs, peer program, respond to incidents, and reverse-engineer tasks.
• Collaborate with product teams to estimate and establish MVP.
• Coach and mentor developers to improve their proficiency.
• Work on shared libraries, contribute to open source, and define best practices for development.
• Contribute to organizational objectives beyond the immediate scope of the role.

Requirements

• Principal, Staff, or tech lead experience as a Software Engineer in fullstack, frontend, or backend.
• Deep understanding of modern web application development, tools, and techniques.
• Extensive practical experience in either frontend or backend development, including building user interfaces that consume APIs or designing RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of core web concepts like HTTP, security principles, and how frontend and backend systems interact in a full-stack architecture.
• Experience delivering architectural change in large complex systems.
