What you will do

• Code, review code, fix bugs, peer program, respond to incidents, and reverse-engineer tasks.
• Plan and architect solutions, estimate timelines, and collaborate with product teams to establish MVPs.
• Learn new technologies, conduct research, attend meetups, and mentor developers.
• Work on shared libraries, contribute to open-source content, and define best practices for development.
• Contribute to wider team objectives, even outside the strict scope of the role.

Requirements

• Principal, Staff, or tech lead level experience as a Software Engineer in fullstack, frontend, or backend.
• Deep understanding of modern web application development, tools, and techniques.
• Experience working on major systems in one or more languages, with practical experience in either frontend or backend development.
• Experience delivering architectural change in large complex systems.
