What you will do

• Own and execute hirify.global’s design strategy across all products and surfaces.
• Lead the rollout of a scalable design system, partnering with Engineering to improve consistency, speed, and quality.
• Elevate hirify.global’s overall UI to a more sophisticated product.
• Refine UX flows tied to core KPIs, including creator onboarding and activation, fan conversion, and checkout experiences.
• Define how AI-powered features are experienced across the product.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing design team.

Requirements

• Exceptional designer with deep mastery across visual, interaction, and UX design.
• Strong command of hierarchy, layout, typography, colour, and micro-interactions.
• Deeply empathetic to users and able to simplify complex needs into effective solutions.
• Outcome-driven with a track record of connecting design to measurable business impact.
• Experienced leader who has built and mentored high-performing design teams.
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and creating clarity in fast-moving environments.
