Location: Hybrid role based in Yeovil, UK (requires attendance at Trade House, Houndstone Business Park)

What you will do
- Adapt creative concepts into digital assets for web, email, and mobile apps
- Design high-quality content in Figma following brand, UX, and performance principles
- Support email campaigns with animations using After Effects or Adobe Animate
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and CRM teams on high-impact campaigns
- Manage design files, templates, and versioning to ensure brand consistency
- Share knowledge and support junior team members with design techniques and best practices
Requirements
- Experience designing for web, email, and mobile app platforms
- Strong hands-on Figma skills for pages, banners, and UI layouts
- Understanding of responsive design and UX principles
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Must be able to work on-site in Yeovil, UK, as part of a hybrid arrangement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with After Effects or Adobe Animate for email animation
