What you will do

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products.
• Master the development process, culture, and code base, and then improve it.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and user experience experts to build new features.
• Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.
• Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Must be located in North America
• Academic, professional, or internship experience working in a professional coding setting environment.
• Fluency in object-oriented programming/design.
• Academic, professional, or internship experience in one of Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, SQL, or C++.

Nice to have

• Experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools.
• Ability to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes.
• Experience using Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini or other agent-based frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-player with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with others.
