SAP Change Enablement Leader: Developing and implementing SAP change enablement strategies to support Belden's global SAP implementation with an accent on change leadership, communications, and training. Focus on ensuring effective communication, adoption, and integration of SAP process and system changes to maximize value and business continuity.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $120,000 - 155,000

What you will do

  • Develop and implement SAP change enablement strategies in change leadership, communications & engagement, change impacts, training, and change effectiveness.
  • Mentor a team of SAP change enablement professionals and provide coaching to Belden on change capability and leadership.
  • Collaborate with program leadership, workstream leads, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Use technology, data, and feedback to make informed adjustments to change enablement approach and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in change enablement, with a focus on SAP implementations and global transformations preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party consultants.
  • Ability to work with a remote team & in a global environment.
