What you will do

• Drive enterprise-wide technical strategy, architecture, and governance to ensure scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
• Champion AI-first software delivery (AIFSD) and integrate emerging agentic AI frameworks into client workflows.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to executive-level client stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business goals.
• Lead and mentor high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams while fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented culture.
• Translate complex technical decisions into clear business value and actionable implementation steps.
• Manage program scope, budgets, and project risks while identifying opportunities for systemic organizational improvement.

Requirements

• Must have a current right to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only).
• Strong experience in full-stack engineering with modern stacks (Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, React/Angular/Vue).
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale enterprise solutions and managing complex programs.
• Deep understanding of delivery approaches such as TDD, pair programming, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience implementing enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF and managing governance.
• Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive/board level and manage third-party contractual and pre-sales activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• Previous experience in technical sales, account management, and client reporting.
