What you will do

• Lead technical implementation for Enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment of hirify.global’s Trust Management Platform.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their security and compliance requirements, and design tailored solutions.
• Participate in customer pre- and post-sales scoping calls, and engage in ongoing collaboration with customers.
• Provide expert guidance on hirify.global’s platform capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements and address customer feedback.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they are fully equipped to use hirify.global’s platform effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience, as well as 3+ years being customer-facing in a Solution Architect or similar role, preferably within the security or compliance industry supporting large Enterprise customers.
• Proficient in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle and RESTful API design concepts, with considerable experience in scripting against APIs.
• Strong technical background, with proficiency in security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and software integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills and proven track record of successfully leading large-scale enterprise implementations.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a strong plus.
• Understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and how to map technical solutions to business value.
• Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
