What you will do

• Lead technical implementation for large Enterprise customers ensuring successful deployment of hirify.global’s platform.
• Collaborate with customers to understand security and compliance requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Participate in pre- and post-sales scoping calls and ongoing customer collaboration.
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to influence product enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Conduct training sessions and serve as primary technical contact for strategic customers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Sydney, Australia
• 5+ years technical experience and 3+ years customer-facing in Solution Architect or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET and understanding of RESTful API design.
• Strong background in security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and software integration.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
