What you will do

• Advise team members on machine learning topics and collaborate with software engineers to deliver end-to-end modeling solutions.
• Focus on ambiguous problem areas where the business problem or opportunity may not yet be defined.
• Take a long-term view of business objectives, product roadmaps, and technologies.
• Drive discussions with customers, engineers, and scientist peers.
• Provide context for current technology choices and make recommendations on modeling and component design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
