What you will do

  • Translate business and finance requirements into executable SAP S/4HANA invoicing and AR designs.
  • Define and maintain standard invoicing design patterns aligned with revenue recognition and internal controls.
  • Partner with IT, Finance Operations, Sales, Legal, and Tax to ensure feasible, compliant, and scalable solutions.
  • Embed internal controls and data quality requirements into process and system design.
  • Reduce structural debt by eliminating workarounds and preventing rework and manual corrections.
  • Co-create and drive the continuous improvement roadmap using LEAN principles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, invoicing, or revenue-related process design in a multinational environment.
  • Experience with revenue recognition principles and internal controls.
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) knowledge, including billing and FI/SD integration.
  • LEAN/Green Belt certification interest.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a complex matrix.
