What you will do

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Document and track all customer interactions in the support system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support and engineering teams.
  • Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with common solutions.
  • Ensure timely and effective support to maintain high partner satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and networks.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic technical problems.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule including weekends and nights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of experience in a technical support environment.
