Fast-growing Fintech project is looking for a strong Merchant Support Team Lead who knows payment flows, PSPs, and how to keep operations running smoothly.
📍 Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus
What you’ll do:
• Lead the Merchant Support team
• Control SLA, tickets, and communication quality
• Handle escalations with PSPs, providers, and internal teams
• Monitor payment issues, refunds, chargebacks, and incidents
• Improve processes and optimize operations
What we expect:
• Experience in iGaming / Fintech / Payment Operations
• Strong understanding of transactions, PSPs, refunds, chargebacks
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• English Intermediate+
💰 Salary
from €3000 net/month

Cyprus (Relocation package provided)
