Location: Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus, with a hybrid requirement for periodic in-person participation throughout the year.

What you will do
- Provide best-in-class support to high-value customers, managing issues proactively to ensure swift resolution.
- Utilize data and customer feedback to conduct root cause analysis and eliminate friction in the user journey.
- Identify customer needs early to enhance trust and simplify the overall platform experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on solutions and drive performance results.
- Guide customers through the evolving macro crypto environment, helping them unlock and navigate advanced product features.
- Participate in ad-hoc international or regional projects as needed to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-paced customer service or support role, preferably with high-value clients.
- Proficiency in English with excellent reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus.
- Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools and copilots to drive efficiency and quality in daily workflows.
- Foundational knowledge of blockchain, web3, staking, self-custody, and digital assets.
- Flexibility to work shift timings and weekends as required by the organization.
Nice to have
- High level of expertise in cryptocurrency markets and product features.
- Proficiency in traditional finance products like equities and derivatives.
- Fluency in a second language in addition to English.
- Advanced degree in business, finance, or project management.
