What you will do

• Develop and execute a 360-degree PR strategy spanning B2C lifestyle media and B2B corporate outlets.
• Craft compelling narratives regarding sustainability, business models, and international growth.
• Own the corporate LinkedIn presence and manage thought-leadership content for executive leadership.
• Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and manage relationships with key media stakeholders.
• Manage external PR agencies, ensuring strategies align with the brand tone and deliver high-impact results.
• Act as the primary point of contact for crisis communication and proactive reputation management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PR or corporate communications within high-growth environments.
• Strong, well-established network across German and European lifestyle and business media.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing proficiency in both German and English.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach to communications.
• Ability to collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders and translate internal milestones into public stories.
• Must live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or be willing to relocate.
