hirify.global is a Series B B2B SaaS company building a modern, AI-powered intranet solution designed to centralize company information and improve organizational communication.

What you will do

  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging for both the core platform and new AI-driven features.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for product launches and major feature improvements.
  • Create high-quality sales and marketing assets including decks, battlecards, and messaging frameworks.
  • Integrate customer, market, and competitive insights into product and strategy discussions.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams to confidently articulate the product value and narrative.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure consistent market focus.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Proven track record of bringing complementary SaaS or AI products to market.
  • Ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on capacities.
  • Experience aligning multiple stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and productivity.
