What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents for Managed Service Provider partners across software, networking, and hardware.
  • Analyze cyber security incidents, including ransomware and malware, while coordinating with Engineering and Product departments.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of platform operations to provide expert technical assistance and documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members on technical best practices and communication standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends in cloud storage, virtualization, and business applications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role.
  • Fluency in Japanese (native preferred) and English (written and verbal).
  • Deep knowledge of Windows Server logs and Linux CLI power user skills.
  • Experience in security incident mitigation including EDR, XDR, and data leaks.
  • Proficiency in networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and traffic analysis with Wireshark.
  • Experience managing enterprise hypervisors like VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and KVM.

Nice to have

  • RedHat or Linux Foundation certifications.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Cisco or Juniper networking certifications.
