What you will do
- Take ownership of patient issues to ensure swift and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and pharmacy partners to provide seamless patient care.
- Maintain high service standards by meeting key performance metrics like CSAT and AHT.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements or automation to enhance support operations.
- Monitor and escalate recurring patterns in patient feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare support, telehealth, or high-touch customer service roles.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
- Strong technical skills, including experience with tools like Zendesk, Zoom Phone, or LINE.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different patient needs.
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, and problem-solving.
