TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

What you will do
- Monitor and analyze live production systems using logs, telemetry, and video data.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to networking, hardware, and deployments.
- Act as the primary technical interface to customers during rollouts and incident resolution.
- Develop internal tools and automation scripts to scale support and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and enhance overall system robustness.
- Support on-site deployments as needed across Germany and Europe.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems and command-line debugging.
- Proficiency in Git for collaborative version control.
- Programming experience in Python or C++ to debug and write scripts.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts such as connectivity and ports.
- Fluent in both German and English for clear technical communication.
- Strong analytical mindset and high level of ownership in customer-facing scenarios.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and data analysis.
- Exposure to distributed or edge computing systems.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
- Background in computer vision, field engineering, or system deployment.
