What you will do

• Define the ROI framework to quantify the impact of the team's automation efforts.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify high-impact automation opportunities and prioritize the pipeline.
• Define technical standards for API integrations, deployment, and data handling.
• Technically mentor engineers and manage performance, career growth, and salary negotiations.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or Software Engineering with experience in backend technologies (Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Docker, API design).
• 1-2+ years of experience in people management, particularly in a remote, highly autonomous environment.
• Power-user of LLM tools and orchestration frameworks (n8n, agentic workflows with Claude).
• Ability to translate operational needs into a technical roadmap and report on success metrics.
