What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of core product components from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with product teams to design scalable and maintainable system architectures.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate overall team performance.
• Drive code quality by leading code reviews and establishing engineering best practices.
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize the scalability and stability of high-traffic applications.

Requirements

• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
• At least 4 years of experience with Next.js for full-stack development.
• At least 2 years of experience with Next.js App Router.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience leading a small team in a continuous deployment environment.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Cloudflare).

Nice to have

• Experience in D2C SaaS, LegalTech, or Utility products.
• Background in performance marketing or customer funnel optimization.
• Experience with CMS solutions like Payload.
• Contributions to open-source or technical blogs.
