What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of core product components from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to design scalable and maintainable system architectures.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate overall team performance.
- Drive code quality by leading code reviews and establishing engineering best practices.
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize the scalability and stability of high-traffic applications.
Requirements
- Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
- At least 4 years of experience with Next.js for full-stack development.
- At least 2 years of experience with Next.js App Router.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience leading a small team in a continuous deployment environment.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Cloudflare).
Nice to have
- Experience in D2C SaaS, LegalTech, or Utility products.
- Background in performance marketing or customer funnel optimization.
- Experience with CMS solutions like Payload.
- Contributions to open-source or technical blogs.
